USB 3.0 Port Not Working – Troubleshooting
1. Insufficient Power
USB function may be limited if power supply is unstable.
✔ Use a 45W or higher PD charger
2. Device Compatibility
Some USB devices may require higher power or drivers.
✔ Try a different USB device
3. Reconnection
Unplug and reconnect the adapter completely.
✔ Disconnect all cables, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect
Important Note - USB 3.0 Port Supports:
- Flash drives
- Keyboards
- Mice
- External storage devices
Some high-power devices like external hard drives may require additional power sources.
